Which payment methods are accepted?
Automated transfers from your checking, savings accounts or major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover may be used to make contributions.
Is there a minimum amount?
We suggest contributing to ParishPay if your donation is over $10.
When are contributions debited? How long before Parish Pay begins once I enroll?
Donations are debited from your account on the 5th day of the month. Allow approximately 10 days for ParishPay to start, once your enrollment form is submitted. (Please note: Holiday donations for 2009 Christmas and New Year’s are therefore not possible for inclusion in ParishPay)
What happens with parishioners who feel uncomfortable not having something to physically drop into the collection basket?
Special donation slips are available for those enrolled in ParishPay, to be dropped into the collection basket, should you wish. These can be printed from the ParishPay website. In addition, if no computer is available, a supply of ParishPay collection slips will be sent to the SJTM church office and can be requested for use.
What collections can I contribute to with ParishPay?
You can contribute to both Sunday and Second/Special Collections or exclusively Sunday collections with ParishPay.
How does a parishioner change information, such as the amount of his/her donation, bank account number, mailing address, or discontinuing ParishPay?
You can submit an amended enrollment form noting these changes or by visiting the website at www.parishpay.com or by calling 1-866-727-4741. You may can change your contributions or stop ParishPay at any time without penalty.
Are receipts available for tax purposes? What if I do not have a computer?
All contributors enrolled with ParishPay can print out an annual receipt directly from the website every January, which they can use as documentation for the IRS. ParishPay will send copies of parishioners' donation summaries to churches as well. Parishioners without computers can receive their annual reports from the rectory, if requested, or can contact the ParishPay customer support team at 1 (866) 727-4741.
Is my bank account or credit card information disclosed to anyone?

How safe are Internet transactions using ParishPay?

Please register and begin utilizing ParishPay by downloading and completing an enrollment sheet. Put your completed form in the church collection basket or drop it off at the rectory.
